Missionary Training Program (MTP)
The Missionary Training Program (MTP) is a six-month training course designed to equip Christians towards effective cross-cultural ministry. The training is comprised of:
• 3 1/2 months of FREE classroom instruction
• school materials, food and transportation expenses not included
• 2 weeks partially subsidized local missions exposure trip
• 2 months international missions exposure trip to the trainee’s target country
• ACM will subsidize 50% of the total cost of the international missions exposure trip (excluding pocket money) provided it does not exceed $2,000.00. The student should raise the remaining 50%.

Qualifications for Admissions:
a. A clear divine call from God to be a missionary
b. Integrity of character
c. At least two years track record of good and effective ministry
d. The full support of his/ her local church
e. Sound theological foundation
f. Effective communication skills
g. Emotional stability
h. Good physical health
i. An age of 27 to 55 years
j. Should pass all screening interviews
