Mobilization Coordinator

The job entails the strategic mobilization of local churches and ministerial groups/fellowships in order to (1) promote awareness of ACM and mission programs, (2) recruit qualified applicants for the Missionary Training Program (MTP), and (3) assist in the formation of missional communities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Bible school/seminary, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years’ intensive experience in people-related jobs
  • Missions experience/exposure is a must.
  • Sound English proficiency skills; knowledge of other languages and dialects an advantage
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Computer proficiency (MS applications)
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently
  • Kairos graduate/trained facilitator is an advantage
  • Driving skills an advantage

Resource Development Coordinator

The job entails working closely with the Resource Development Manager and the Field Operations Manager to conceptualize, plan, and implement viable resource development initiatives in the assigned region.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in resource development work for an NGO/NPO an advantage
  • Working knowledge of resource development practices and procedures
  • Missions experience/exposure an advantage
  • Understanding of biblical principles of fund raising
  • Good organizational, analytical, judgment, decision making, and time management skills
  • Sound English proficiency skills; knowledge of other languages and dialects an advantage
  • Excellent people skills across socio-economic classess
  • Computer proficiency (MS applications)
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently

Training and Deployment Coordinator

The job entails (1) ensuring the proper implementation of the Missionary Training Program (MTP) and (2) facilitating the timely and effective deployment of missionary candidates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Bible school/seminary, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years’ intensive experience in people-related jobs
  • Missions experience/exposure an advantage
  • Sound understanding of biblical principles
  • Good organizational, analytical, judgment, decision making, and time management skills
  • Excellent English proficiency skills; knowledge of other dialects and languages an advantage(MS applications)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent people skills across socio-economic classes
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to adapt to sudden changes
  • Computer proficiency (MS applications)
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently
  • Driving skills an advantage
